Kevin was very helpful and explained that he would refund my money( I thought I was calling spectrum and lee had said I called imperial,which I thought was a subdivision of spectrum).....Kevin explained that I could call spectrum and if I was not satisfied with spectrum,I was welcome to call back and get wired services thru imperial. He was very helpful and explained things so I could understand! Thank you Kevin!

Tom was very pleasant and attempted to assist me. We were able to address the most immediate concern (an outstanding bill which should have been charged to my credit card on file) but not my longer term issue ( automatic billing). Apparently the error is on the imperial internet end and I will need to wait until another time to fix the problem.
