If at any time Imperial Internet determines at its sole discretion that the financial condition or payment history of the customer is unacceptable to Imperial Internet, Imperial Internet may require the customer to provide a deposit not to exceed the estimated charges for three-month service. Failure to provide the required deposit may at Imperial Internet’s Sole option, be treated as grounds for termination of the contract and services and for acceleration of all money owing to Imperial Internet.
